The app is very clean, functional, and easy to use but it does not seem to offer anything above and beyond what is already included in Shopify's native cart recovery tool.

Unless you can set up a reminder email for the abandoned shopping cart there is no advantage to using your program over what is built into Shopify. Please request this as a matter of urgency.

I used this app to get more paying customers and sale products but there is no sale ...and I don’t get any report via email ( I had sign for this service)

I think t should be nicer template for that, its very simple comparing to other apps. they need to make a better design.

I don’t really like the design of the recovery email, they’re basically just text. And the minimum characters for this review is 100, not impress.

I have done some test purchases on my site. Kit karts sent me an email for each item I didn’t purchase without any photo of the product. I think it would be great if it could limit one email per customer with all of the things that were abandoned (including photos) in one email. Otherwise it’s a helpful tool for sure!

Had a customer call me yesterday - I guess KIT sent an email out to someone that had added an item to there cart and then came back and bought it a from a different computer a few days later. He was worried that he wasn't going to receive his order after receiving the email. I suppose It would be hard to decipher an outdated cart vs a recent purchase from the same customer but I may be deleting it I get another phone call like that. Not because I don't believe in the app - just because I don't want to have to explain to my customers that my emails are automated and it was a mistake. This isn't a negative review, just possibly something for them to build on or work towards. Ryan

UPDATED REVIEW**** This app works as promised, but there are some major flaw that have convinced me to look elsewhere. Firstly, the data being reported on the app seems to be incorrect. I attempted to work with support to correct this issue, but there was no support in verifying data. Secondly, you are unable to incorporate pictures into the abandoned cart, and as a clothing retailer, a huge need for us. Asked update updates in future but none were provided. I am decreasing my rating to a 3 star, as pictures a must have for us. Purchased this app after running the abandoned carts through Shopify with limited success. I found this app through the Kit Virtual Assistant App (along with a ton of other great apps). As a rapidly growing store, we are excited about the outsourcing of such critical money earning apps, and after one glance at the dashboard upon setup, we realized this app was something we wish we had found earlier!
