The customer care is horrible - no one responds when the app on the website is glitching

Disappointed with the cancellation process The app itself works well, but the subscription cancellation process is a mess. I contacted customer support to cancel my subscription and was told it would be taken care of. I even asked for confirmation, but nothing was actually canceled. Later, I received an email from a different support agent telling me I had to manually switch to the free plan. That was never mentioned during the initial chat—very confusing. I followed their instructions, switched to the free plan, and even uninstalled the app. Despite all that, I still got charged. Now I’m stuck trying to get a refund and completely disconnect from this app. Really frustrating experience. I won’t be using Kiwi again.

It's easy to use for the most part. However, you cannot copy and past sizes like 23-34" if the Table Unit Conversion is set. I also wish that the filter bar didn't reset randomly. It'd be nice to filter by brand/product type/tag.
Thank you for your feedback. We truly appreciate it. Our team has reached out to you directly to offer assistance and clarify a few things. For the unit conversion, the app automatically converts measurements when enabled, which prevents pasting specific values. However, a simple workaround is to temporarily turn off unit conversion, paste your size range, and then turn it back on. Regarding filtering, the Product section is designed to show which size charts are matched to your products. The best way to find a specific product is to copy the product title, paste it into the search bar, and select it to see all related charts. We're happy to help with any concerns you have.
