Very hard usage, customer support is never available. You always get an AI bot, and never able to get in touch with a real person

We've been using this app on multiple sites for many years and have found it to be buggy from time to time. Recently this has caused issues with the operation of our sites. Bugs happen from time to time, we understand that. However, the extremely disappointing and frustrating thing is the lack of assistance and communication from the app developers. We've had an open ticket for over 6 weeks that has not been resolved and now that ticket has been removed from the chat. Overall a very frustrating experience, still with no solution. Based on our recent experience, we cannot recommend this app.

Aweful app. I've been very disappointed. I've been trying to set up a bra size recommender for month and the support has been of zero help, it's not working & they even charged us more. Don't recommend.

Moved to next plan -> decided it's not okay for us (not possible to translate fields from English). Tried to move back after few minutes and it was not possible anymore. Created lots of manual work for us without any real reason.

Unreliable app with major functionality issues. The "Import Product Table" feature is completely broken - the "Select" button is unresponsive. I've been reaching out to their support team for a week, but they still haven't fixed this basic problem. Save your time and look elsewhere.

Already uninstalled. A simple question was handled from November 16 to now open in the process, I do not understand for programmers this is difficult? I don't understand how hard it is for a programmer to do this, knowing that it's still being answered! At first it was fine, the developers could reply in time, now I don't know what's going on!

Has never worked on my site. Contacted support and received replies but it seems like there's a disconnect between support and the actual developers who can fix the problem. Waited 4 days for it to be fixed, still no progress so I'll move on to another app instead of continuing to miss out on sales.

I was initially really excited when I discovered this app. The perspective of utilizing the size recommender to enhance the customer experience was truly promising. However, my enthusiasm quickly waned when I realized that the size recommendations provided by the app were inaccurate, despite providing all the necessary sizing information. Seeking a resolution, I promptly reached out to the support team for assistance in rectifying the issue and getting the app up and running smoothly. Unfortunately, my disappointment persisted as the support team failed to address my concerns effectively. They assured me that they would examine the sizing charts and make the necessary adjustments, but it has now been nearly two months, and no progress has been made. This situation is deeply regrettable because the app's features appeared to be excellent, and I was genuinely looking forward to implementing them in my store. However, after two months of having the app installed and being charged, I have been unable to enable it or benefit from its functionalities. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the inaccurate recommendations and the extremely poor support experience I have encountered. Dealing with the app's support team has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their promise to "have a look" at the issue has resulted in weeks of waiting without any meaningful updates or resolution. As someone who has been using Shopify for nearly five years, I can confidently say that this has been the worst support experience I have ever had with any app thus far.

stopped working during the busiest time of year!! BFCM! no support after hours , had to switch fast to another app as we were losing sales. What a joke.

on the busiest time of the year (black friday) app decides to crash, have no access to the back end and charts take forever to load on product pages. Definitely ditching this app as soon as possible!

We've been using this app for many months now. It was reliable up until we started to have issues on some products. The support has been really bad, they've been dragging us for one week to solve the issue, and it's not even solved yet !! We opened many tickets and it's starting to hurt our business as customers cant find the size guide they are looking for and we are not being able to edit any guides on the back office.. Errors everywhere! We are seriously thinking to switch to another app you should too if you'r reading this!

Very bad Support. I am waiting over a week for help. They reply after 1 day only write 1 sentence and are offline again for a day.

Your app won't open. What's going on?/////??????There is a big problem with their app, now all the size charts don't show up, is their company out of business?
We're so sorry for the disruptions! We fixed the problem and the issue should now be fully resolved. The issue was caused by a technical error on our servers triggered by the Shopify Admin outage earlier today. Unfortunately, this happened during our teams' offline hours, so it took longer to discover and fix than we would normally expect. Please reach out to us if you're still experiencing problems - our support team is online and standing by.

The app seems good, but I really cant use it, because after installing it, it messes up the product pictures on the product page of my theme. The pictures of the featured products become very streched and ugly, which brings negative experience to our customers. I contacted support and provided detailed explanation from where the problem comes, but never got a response after that if they plan to fix this issue. Really pitty, because I want to use the app and the recommender option, but since the support is not answering and providing a fix of this issue, I have to look for another app.

Although we've been loving this app for a year now, it suddenly stopped working. Big display issues, and analytics data not available for the past 2 months, although we're on the ultimate plan. I have contacted support 8 days ago. They said to be looking at the issue, but I haven't heard back, or got any update on the progress. We rely heavily on this app for our store and will have to pause our ads. I will of course edit this review as soon as I get an update. We will be waiting in the meantime. Please improve your communication in the support/tech team. Thank you. EDIT 1: After being assigned to Luci from tech support, getting nowhere in 8 days, having days with no replies, and me leaving a 1 star review, I had a message from another support member, Zach. He actually listened, ask a couple questions and was able to fix one of the issues in like 3 minutes. I felt heard for the first time here. Now I'm waiting for the second issue to be solved, but this gives me hope! Thanks Edit 2 (April 14th): It's now been 2 weeks and still no solution found on the other bug (all data analytics lost from January). The tech team is still working on their bug. We will have to move forward without this.
