I had an issue getting the size chart to show after changing my theme. I asked for help and they set things up for me the way that I wanted quickly. With it being the weekend I thought I would have to wait until Monday and that wasn’t the case. I 100% recommend!

App sluttet å virke, umulig å fikse. Butikken har vært uten size chart i over en uke nå! Vi har blitt trukket årlig betaling 3 ganger i prosessen for å få denne app til å virke. Nå gir vi opp!
We're truly sorry to hear about the issues you've encountered with our app. We deeply value the time you've been with us. Your support since 2019 means a lot, and we're committed to making things right. It seems the initial issue occurred due to a problem with your credit card expiration, which unfortunately affected your app access. We tried to work with you to resolve this, as we're always eager to support our merchants like you. Rest assured, if the payment issue hadn't occurred, your experience would have remained uninterrupted. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you're open to reinstalling the app, we'll make resolving this a top priority and provide all the support you need. Thank you for considering giving us another chance. - Kiwi Management Team

Inconsistent, doesn't always work. Size recommended stopped showing and working, and then the pop up size chart stopped showing Dec. and no reason why. Uninstalling.
We're sorry to hear about the issues you've encountered with our app. We haven't received any recent support tickets from you, and we also haven't seen similar reports from other merchants regarding these issues. It’s possible that the issue might be related to other recent changes made to your store. That said, we'd love the opportunity to help make things right. Our team will be reaching out to you shortly to provide assistance and ensure everything works smoothly. -Kiwi Management Team
