Communication has been A+ every step of the way and very appreciated. Had issues getting the app to function as needed on my custom theme; and the support team did everything needed to setup the app on my store correctly. This size chart app is just awesome. In fact I Wish I had installed it a long time ago. It's very intuitive and it gets the job done. Simple interface with lots of features to personalize the size charts. I can create size charts that can be applied to multiple products (by tag or collection, for example) and it's easy to clone one and make small modifications for a similar product. Support has been stellar the few times I needed help. Very happy customer. Much recommended!

The team has walked through all aspects of size chart & recommender to ensure it's customized to our business store in terms of specific size options and colors, great app to use for e-commerce store especially clothing type, easy for audience to quickly look up their sizes and find match ones via size recommender.

The APP is not only on point, but their customer service is unequivocally the best! We recently launched clothing categories and were looking for sizing chart apps. We have compared several apps and think Kiwi size chart is the easiest to use. What we love the app is it is straightforward to set up and has a nice and clean look. We have been transferring data between different shops and Sam has been very helpful during this process.
