I was unable to get the app installed on my store at first. My brain was so fogged up. I took a break for a few days and went back to try and integrate Klarna to my website and it was really easy. I guess it just took me to slow down and read everything thoroughly. I went back to my site to check and make sure it was done successful and now I'm happy and can share the news with my customers. For anyone out there struggling like i was just take a mental break. Then go back to the klarna app on your shopify store click the dots on the top right then hit manage it will send you to the klarna app log in with your business info and then follow the steps from there. Make sure you have your merchant ID handy. The app will automatically try to integrate. Then it will switch to your shopify store but it wont go through. There will be a box that says manual entry thats where you put in your merchant ID and then your done, its activated. I think thats all the steps lol, sorry if I missed one. Just follow the last few steps after that. Hope this helps.

Buongiorno, ho installato correttamente questa app, ma non funziona bene con il thema debutify, desidererei poter utilizzare i servizi di Klarna, quindi poter informare i clienti che hanno a disposizione un servizio di pagamento dilazionato, ma l'app non me lo permette. Contattando il servizio clienti Klarna, nel giro di pochi minuti mi contattano con cortesia ed efficienza, spiegandomi quale era il problema e risolvono alla grande! Grazie mille Servizio 10 e lode

Super App, full integration with our website and our theme. The service team done also our request within 24 Hours which is quick compare to the size of company. So far very happy to use Klarna just like our customers.

I am using this app and it matches my need. The implementation on my site was very simple, in particular at the first difficulties the assistance was exceptional and very fast in intervening directly on the site and configuring, absolutely recommended . sto usando questa app e corrisponde alle mie necessità . Hello, I like this app and installed it on my store. However, it is not working at all. On-site messaging does not appear on my product page or any other page. It gave an error. I wrote to customer support via e-mail and the app messaging panel and waiting for the solution. I will review my comment and give 5 stars If the problem is solved soon. :) UPDATE. I have been contacted by Klarna customer service and told that the app is working properly within the geolocation of my store and currency. Thanks.
Hi Destina Home, I see that one of our Klarna support agents replied back to you via your support case #24328551 earlier today and that On-site messaging is displaying on your product pages currently (for customers geolocated to the country matching your store's base currency). Appears to be working fine - no coding input required and the integration was seemless. Not sure what so many people are having trouble with looking at some other reviews!

I found the Klarna on site messaging support super helpful, they sent me a step by step guide which was super easy to follow and it was all set up. I watched the video on how to set everything up from the app store, which I did have to watch twice, then using the auto finder for positioning of the ads is super easy. Making layout adjustments for a newbie was pretty straight forward. I would recommend to make it personal to your site.

The Klarna team are really helpful. Sometimes the messaging app can't place the messaging exactly where you want it, but the team do whatever they can to get it right for you. So five stars for the team. Go team.
