Worst support. This app do not make it easy for you to list on markedplaces in fact so many errors and bad support you might just upload your products to the selected marketplace, and update manually for each sales. Dont install. AND CMON 25 DOLLER FOR A FEED WITH NO SUPPORT!

could not offer support for a new customer as could not be bother to support, tried for 2 days with little help, would not recommend

Doenst work at all ! For each sale channel you need years to speak with customer support and they answer once daily and you must fix with them each channel which doesnt work at all ! I was use for years and I wrote over 1500+ emails with their customer and when we solve problem, new problem appear. This app change variants ad make them separated and system publish each variant separetly ! I used it for Wish and Amazon and this was horrible experience ! Also when Wish charged penalties, this app made me errors which costed me over 240$ in penalties ! Avoid this app at all ! I asked for refund and they didnt gave me it ! They present that Koongo has integration with marketplaces, but when you try it this doesnt work !

We have wasted literally hundreds of hours trying to get this app to work on our own and with their help. It sets up OK but the product filters and category mapping keep changing over time on their own. This is a huge problem if you have automatic downloads to your merchant center. They did assign an agent to our problem but they could never figure it out. Today, rather than spending my time redoing all our feed filters and category mapping again, I am looking for a new app.
