Smooth onboarding carried out by Deepak Sharma from the Gokwik team.

After setting up, when customer is clicking on BUY button, a white screen is appearing. When I make the support agent understand the problem he told me to raise the concern with another team and he cannot do anything not even transfer the query. Very unsatisfied, wasted by 2 days of operation for this app.

I've been using Kwik COD & Checkout, and it's an excellent app for setting additional charges on COD orders. It allows us to apply different conditional COD fees based on order value or specific collection names, making our checkout process more flexible and efficient. The support team is also very helpful.
