Gokwik services are not upto the mark, need to make their support more active. Tickets keep pending for long days. But I really appreciate Sambhavi, she helped me very honestly, really she is very kind

I had some issues with the features of the app. The team patiently heard and tried to resolve it and have taken it into consideration. Really appreciate the merchant support and hope the app will only improve for the better in future.

Good to talk to Mr Arora , Helped me lot to set up the App . But the actual app - CHeckout is very costly (2.5 % fees) . The CASH on delivery is free for 1000 order , but in the setting showing 2% fees . There should be no Prepaid now button in the final check out box .
