One of the most Horrible Painfully Slow experiences using any app till date!!!! Especially the worst KYC activation and some strange CPV processes which takes 2-3 weeks and multiple steps, that we have never faced even with major payment gateways and other systems. Despite approval after such a long wait we it does not work out of the box... The app is so buggy and has no logical flow in configuring it!! If you want to set something it is not done on Shopify Dashboard and it will redirect you instead to their dashboard, and to access it, you will have to use OTP to sign in every time you want to change something. Also you will need to install two other Kwik apps along with this.

I installed Kwik COD & Checkout app but never received a single order through it. I even uninstalled it, yet I was still charged ₹859.48 on 8 May 2025. I also sent them an email, but received no reply from their team. This is highly unprofessional and unfair. Be cautious before installing this app.

We have been using GoKwik COD for over a year now and was working fine with whatever limited features they offer. However, over the last 2 months, we have noticed a functionality issue with cancellation of COD orders in their app with stock not getting added back to inventory even though restock option is selected. Their support staff, Ankush claimed it was not their fault and closed the ticket. After sharing more specific information and how the app should work, they realised the issue but are now ignoring it. Time to get rid of GoKwik and look for another working app.

Persisting issue on KYC submission due to automated system which is detecting anomalies. Yet no response or resolution despite promising resolution within hours.

We cannot use it for 2 months because for the past 1 month waiting for KYC approval, and every time they say someone from the KYC team will call or mail you. Dont know if some major issues there how many days they will take to respond

After setting up, when customer is clicking on BUY button, a white screen is appearing. When I make the support agent understand the problem he told me to raise the concern with another team and he cannot do anything not even transfer the query. Very unsatisfied, wasted by 2 days of operation for this app.

Worst experience ever. you can not use the app untill you fix a meeting with their team which takes 7 freaking days and only then you will be able to know how the app works. Very stupid

Did you know you have the most third-class support team? We activated GoKwik payments on our website and started getting errors. When we contacted support, one agent told us that our KYC wasn’t completed. Later, another support agent confirmed that our KYC was actually completed but refused to assist with the payment issue, saying he could only help with the COD feature. Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful support. Instead of solving issues, they just pass the responsibility around. Would not recommend!

Worst App ever. DO not work Properly Almost lost 1000 Sales Due to this app and Even After uninstalling the app it is showing at my checkout

Beware! Initially, this app seemed great with a user-friendly interface and helpful customer service. However, I no longer use the app, yet I was still charged ₹867.30. What's worse, the support team closed my complaint ticket without providing a proper explanation for the charge. Very disappointing experience.
