Initially, the KYC process on Gokwik was lengthy and involved multiple checks and updates, taking weeks time for approval. However, their support team was exceptionally responsive and helpful. Once the KYC was complete, the integration process was seamless and efficient, thanks to Mr. Deepak Sharma's expertise and support. He was instrumental in setting up the Gokwik options for us.
