Kwik COD & Checkout

The app needs some work in customization, rest assured, it works seamlessly, and their support team is helpful (unlike the Advanced CoD app where no one was actually listening). Manshi in particular was really understanding. Do ask for her if you need quick resolution.

Good app , best alternative to shopify acod

It is a wonderful app covering all features which would be needed for any store with a cash on delivery payment method. Has a great support staff as well who are just a message away to help set this app up correctly for use. Recommend it!

very smooth onboarding process.

Great service, quick turnaround from technical team and very patient support person. Also when I uninstalled the app thinking it is not working after many trials, I got a call from another team personnel asking for reason and telling me if any issues I can directly escalate to her. So I think they are really working to be a full fledged COD app.

This app is now the best option as Advanced COD has been disabled. I had a few issues initially but Pankaj and team sorted it out even though they had a tough weekend due to the rush of businesses flooding to get onboarded on the app. I am satisfied with the implementation and looking forward to future updates. Kudos to Pankaj for hand holding us through our issues and explaining it in detail. This app will enable us to increase conversions through their vast database and enable us to process COD orders seamlessly and securely. Its a no brainer for all COD needs!
