Great service, quick turnaround from technical team and very patient support person. Also when I uninstalled the app thinking it is not working after many trials, I got a call from another team personnel asking for reason and telling me if any issues I can directly escalate to her. So I think they are really working to be a full fledged COD app.

Good alternative to Shopify COD, helps with hiding COD for certain products and conditions. Great support staff

This app is now the best option as Advanced COD has been disabled. I had a few issues initially but Pankaj and team sorted it out even though they had a tough weekend due to the rush of businesses flooding to get onboarded on the app. I am satisfied with the implementation and looking forward to future updates. Kudos to Pankaj for hand holding us through our issues and explaining it in detail. This app will enable us to increase conversions through their vast database and enable us to process COD orders seamlessly and securely. Its a no brainer for all COD needs!

Just switched from COD King app to Kwik COD. I think i messed up the onboarding configurations myself. I then reached out to support and Manshi from the Kwik team was super at providing clear cut solutions and being very prompt.
