I’m happy to say that everything on my website is now working perfectly. Yes, it took a little time initially, but I truly appreciate the effort put in by the GoKwik team. Special thanks to Shubham Singh ([email protected]) for his clear communication and quick resolution of every issue. He explained everything to me very patiently and ensured the work was completed within the promised timeframe. Every issue we faced — from the "Buy Now" button to payment integration and performance — has now been resolved efficiently. The site is now running smoothly and I’m genuinely impressed by the outcome. I highly recommend GoKwik to anyone looking for reliable support and top-notch service. Great work by the team!

Initially, I had a frustrating experience with the Gokwik app due to a delay in KYC verification, which led me to leave a negative review. However, within a few hours, I received a call from Mr. Maus, who personally took charge of the situation. He promptly coordinated with his team and ensured that the KYC setup the same day and Gokwik implementation was completed smoothly across both my websites. I truly appreciate the quick response, professionalism, and dedication shown by Mr. Maus and his team. While the start was rocky, the way the issue was handled shows that Gokwik does care about its customers. Grateful for the support and now very satisfied with the service.

I have been using this app for almost a month now and I can vouch that this is one of the best app for this purpose. After the initial hiccups in installing and activating this, wherein the Team was very supportive, esp. Nikita who made sure that the process goes smoothly. This app has been very helpful in reducing fake orders and cart abandonment.
