I had a good overall experience with the brand and support team. While there was a bit of delay from the tech side, I want to especially appreciate Thalari Sunil Kumar for his constant support throughout the process. Sunil was always available on call, very patient, and made sure to follow up regularly. His efforts really made a difference, and thanks to him, I finally got my KYC approved. Yes, the delay was longer than expected, but Sunil’s dedication and helpful attitude made the journey smooth and stress-free. Very happy with the support I received from him. Great job!

We are not using the app due to an internal decision to offer multiple payment gateways but giving 5 stars as the functionality of the checkout itself seemed good and the problems in uninstalling the app were promptly resolved by the support team despite them not being sure of the possibility of future business. Will be open to using this or any other service from GoKwik in the future as well.
