I enrolled with Go Kwik last month, and from the very beginning, it has been a truly wonderful experience. I would like to make a special mention of Sunayana Chordia, who facilitated a smooth and seamless onboarding process and ensured a warm introduction to the team. My feedback would be incomplete without acknowledging Tanmay Toshniwal, my onboarding manager. He has been exceptionally patient, courteous, and proactive throughout the process. Tanmay went above and beyond to ensure that all my concerns were addressed promptly. His strong technical knowledge and ability to navigate within the organization to find quick resolutions truly stood out. Overall, my experience with Go Kwik so far has been excellent, and I look forward to continued collaboration in the future.

The team is great and extremely supportive! They helped me throughout the setup process and were always quick to respond whenever I needed assistance. The app works smoothly and has been very helpful for my store. Highly recommended!

We’ve had a great experience with Kwik Engage, and I’d especially like to appreciate Tanmay Toshniwal from the Merchant Care team. He has been exceptionally helpful and supportive throughout the onboarding process. He helped us personalize all the templates and bot flows based on our business requirements, and walked us through the entire process very quickly and patiently!
