He has been extremely helpful and supportive — especially when it came to resolving the Meta flag issue. His prompt assistance and clear communication made a big difference. Rahul has a very supportive and solution-oriented nature. Whenever we face any issues, he ensures we understand everything properly and guides us patiently. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and approachable in support teams. Also, the Kwik Engage software itself is excellent — user-friendly, smooth to operate, and without any complications. We are pleased with the onboarding of GoKwik products for Kymee Jewellery. The integration process was smooth, with minimal downtime, and the checkout experience, particularly for COD orders, has improved significantly. The GoKwik support team was responsive and helpful during setup. However, we noticed occasional delays in real-time order sync, and more detailed documentation or training sessions would help us utilize advanced features effectively. Overall, we are satisfied with the onboarding process and believe GoKwik will positively impact our conversions and customer experience. We look forward to continued support in addressing these minor issues for a seamless experience.
