The main reason I joined Kwik Pass and Kwik Engage is for their conversion and automation features, which I believe are currently among the best available in India. Looking forward to seeing strong results with their platform. I recently completed the onboarding session with Kwik Engage representative Kartikey, and it was a really good experience. My experience with GoKwik, especially through KwikEngage, has been really positive so far. What I genuinely like is how seamlessly KwikEngage connects with the rest of the GoKwik ecosystem like Return Prime, GoKwik Checkout, and KwikPass. As a D2C brand, having all these pieces work together smoothly makes a huge difference because it feels like a complete, well thought out solution rather than separate tools stitched together. A big shoutout to Tanmay as well, who supported me through the entire onboarding process. He was extremely proactive on WhatsApp, very responsive, and super organised in the way he handled every issue. He noted down each problem I shared and made sure they were resolved one by one, which gave me a lot of confidence in both the product and the team behind it. Overall, it’s been a very smooth and reassuring experience working with GoKwik.
