LAI Product Reviews is a wonderful app with excellent customer service! Lia was incredibly patient and helpful, taking the time to explain everything and walk me through all the customization options. She answered my questions clearly and helped me get everything looking the way I wanted for my store. I really appreciate her attention to detail and friendly support. Very happy with the app and the service—highly recommended!

I'm leaving this review specifically about the customer service. It's 9PM my time and I just installed this app. Had some questions so I gave the chat a try. To my surprise I got several quick responses. I'm still installing some of the widgets but so far it's a very good experience.

Excellent support from the LAI Reviews team! I reported an issue with the navigation arrows in our homepage reviews section, and Emily and the tech team looked into it right away. They clearly explained how the widget works and quickly fixed the arrows showing on reviews with only one image, across all 3 of my stores. Friendly, patient, and fast. Highly recommend this app and its support team!
