This was such a great experience! For the first time ever, when using a chat function, I was able to get everything I needed help with. Doris was so amazing and she walked me through importing my reviews from another app and another platform. Set it all up for me as well. Super helpful. Thank you!!!

I tried to set up Google Shopping product ratings through the LAI app, but I'm not very skilled in this area. So, I attempted to contact customer service. I couldn't even articulate my problem very well, but surprisingly, they all understood and promptly helped me resolve the issue. I have to say, this is a team that is both professional and quick-witted. Thumbs up, I give it a five-star rating. Highly recommended for use.

This app I have been using for many years, probably around 5 to 6 years. It's extremely user-friendly, with a wide range of practical and useful features, many of which can be finely customized to perfectly match my stores, creating a harmonious experience. I must give it a five-star rating. Customer service provided by Anne and technical support from Emily are both exceptionally professional and enthusiastic. I have multiple stores using this app, and Emily took the initiative to provide me with a permanent discount code, showing genuine sincerity. This aspect makes me very happy.

Support was incredibly helpful in answering my questions and coming up with a solution. The other apps I've contacted with my needs have been unable to help, so it was awesome to hear that LAI could work with me to make their app display how we needed.

As a replacement for the Shopify Product Rating app, I tested 8 different other rating apps. LAI narrowly won the race ahead of Loox. Both apps are easy to use, are fast in the frontend and allow many options. In the end, I opted for LAI because the performance is fully convincing and the price is completely fair. In contrast to Loox, which is four times the price! Last but not least, LAI has excellent, very flexible support :) Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

So far the experience with LAI Product Reviews is been smooth. The App is intuitive and gives enough control and guidance on how to present the Reviews. The customer care is very responsive whenever I have an issue and they are quick to provide guidance. And offcourse, the price is very friendly for the capabilities they offer..

This app is stellar! The tech service is fast and efficient. The app itself is robust without being confusing. The interface is simple, and each section is easy to add/edit/remove. Also, the tech chat is always open to suggestions for functionality. The reviews import super fast, so it is easy for site visitors to display.

Very Nice app that allows my customers to review my products. 5 Stars because works correctly, easy to install and the customer service is excellent. I had to reach out to them because I didn't like the placement of the reviews, they were able to correct that with ease and in the ideal place too! Thanks!
