This app has been our best find for review management and advanced features. Their support team is extremely helpful—every technical issue we had was resolved quickly. We highly recommend this app to other small businesses!

It is very convenient to use. The operation path is clear and straightforward. If you really encounter any problems you don't understand, the service team responds promptly and professionally, and can solve many problems.

The LAI Product Reviews Customer Support Team are amazing! They went above and beyond to help me copy reviews for my products without needing to upgrade my plan. Their response rate is fast and efficient. I was hesitant about upgrading, Doris from the Support Team was exceptional and understood my situation. She displayed genuine care to address my concerns, and I really appreciate her professionalism and effort to provide a solution. I highly recommend anyone building a shopify store to use the LAI Product Reviews App!

The app is amazing! There is everything you need for a great look and reviews section! The customer support is great and always respond in 1-2 mins MAX! Emily is great and helped me resolve all of my difficulties within a MINUTE! I STRONGLY recommend this app!
