What an amazing team the LAI Product help chat are. I spoke with Emily and she was so helpful and answered all my questions and even did the work for me! I would highly recommend asking them for your help.

Great app but the best thing about LAI review is their tchat support ! reactive you always have a real human answer in the next few minutes. Tech team is also reactive. I've been bothered them so many times. Always kind. App works well also at a competitive price. Cam on !

If I could, I would give Emily 10 stars. She got out of her way to help us. Literally a week worth of work was done in an hour. We can not appreciate them enough. This is not the first time Emily helps us with impossible tasks. We are so grateful to have her in LA Review team.

The service and platform is absolutely amazing , from front end or back end I find easy navigation throughout and also the service and help I get from here is 10/10 when it comes to rectifying problems. Highly recommended!

It is very convenient to use. The operation path is clear and straightforward. If you really encounter any problems you don't understand, the service team responds promptly and professionally, and can solve many problems.

The LAI Product Reviews Customer Support Team are amazing! They went above and beyond to help me copy reviews for my products without needing to upgrade my plan. Their response rate is fast and efficient. I was hesitant about upgrading, Doris from the Support Team was exceptional and understood my situation. She displayed genuine care to address my concerns, and I really appreciate her professionalism and effort to provide a solution.
