Very good app! Reviews easily appear on Google and the customer service is on point! I just wish they would have an option to request reviews from specific customers and not everyone that orders.

I would give the team 5 Stars and the app 4.5 Stars - I needed to change from another review app because it had limited number of free reviews. I inquired with the LAI team if they could help me match the design and style of the previous app and they were able to do some customization for me and also helped me transfer my reviews over. I was happy with their service and their willingness to help me keep my theme. I did wait awhile before writing this review so I could have a chance to use it and give feedback. The only downside with this app is that when you import a review you cannot hide the reviews by default. When you import, it is visible immediately before any edits so you have to manually hide and review before allowing visibility. If you import a 20 reviews it would be good to be able to chose which ones you want visible. Not all be visible upon import. Hope your team can add this option! Also, hope you stay free! Overall I recommend this app! Thanks!

This is the best app for reviews! You can translete the app to every language and import reviews from Aliexpress with 1 click! It's so easy! The best thing is that the app is FREE! And Harley from the support team is so kind and helpful :)))

I met some problems when imported CSV file, Ryuu made hard work and take all of them seriously. Thanks Ryuu, he is really responsible person, and also appreciate Alice's help, she is so nice and kind to me.

Franchement je recommande cette application a 200% ! je ne suis pas du genre a mettre des commentaires mais celle la elle le vaut bien ! application super personnalisable en fonction de sa boutique ! et support client irréprochable et très réactif d'ailleurs merci beaucoup à Harry pour m'avoir aidé et être venu faire quelques modifications pour l'ajout des étoiles dans mon thème

I used this app to import product reviews from AliExpress. The reviews imported to the product page. No code editing required. The app manager permits you to hide, approve or delete reviews from your product pages. So far, so good. I have no complaints. Great Job Developers!
