I just downloaded this app and will try it out, Will let you guys know later if it fits my needs or no. The app seems neat and easy to use. Ok so I started using it. It is lovely; easy to use; simple but has all what you need. definitely recommend!

The app works wonders. Easy to import reviews straight to your store. The support team is super helpful. My suggestion to make this app better: 1. Add an option to send review request on demand. Current settings by fixing days is not practical as different region have different delivery time. Best option is that the app can track the delivered status and send out a review request automatically. The next best option is to let user manually trigger the review request from the order section.

Honestly, it's the best app you can get for free, I checked most of the apps they all add extern links to your store that slow the load of the website, this app add most of the files on you Shopify thems and it's fully customizable, I feel safer by using this app. this can be better by updating the UI and UX for the review list, sill amazing app, Good job team! keep going~
