I have been using Lai Products Review for a quite a while now. Its been really good and effective. There is a staff name Emily in the live chat, she has been a great help. Without her I don't think I will continue using this App. Very Helpful and Genuine. She is a great ASSET for the company!

The app user friendly to use, and affordable for any kind of store, testing or at scale. Customer support is very good, I was having difficulties importing reviews and Kim helped me with it.

This app delivers. Great UI both frontend and backend with some create features (copy reviews, grouping products so multiple products can have consistent/same reviews). Customer support (I talked to Emily) was SUPER helpful!

The staff helping on Live Chat are fantastic! They are so knowledgeable about the LAI App and are always so happy to go above and beyond to help with any questions or trouble-shooting issues I have along the way. There is a great deal of support from the reps. Emily assisted us with a task that would have taken us a few days, and she completed it in just a couple of minutes.

I have absolutely no reason to use any other product review store than LAI. It was easy to set up and Emily in the chat box even helped me import them where i wanted my reviews in my product page. Emily went above and beyond and critiqued a few things too. i am very happy i found this application and Emily made the experience even better!
