I recently started using the LAI Product Reviews app for my Shopify store, and it's been fantastic! It's easier to use than other competitors, and the user interface is super nice. The app is user-friendly, making managing reviews a breeze. It looks great and works smoothly with my store. I highly recommend LAI Product Reviews for a simple, reliable, and visually appealing review solution. It's made handling customer feedback so much better!

I am usually one that uses multiple apps at the same time and compare to find the one that is best for me. When compared to others out there (For confidentiality won't say their names but will say they have tons of reviews to give you an idea), this one was the one who had all features combined, with great UI, affordable, and great customer service (Shout out to Jillian!). You can random import reviews to make it seem more natural (not a common feature out there), delete review images if there is a picture you don't like (again not common), it has professional presentation with great customization (hide/show like buttons, flags, etc. / also noticed that other apps might hide the usernames like this A***I which I don't like, this one doesn't hide them.), google rich snippet and shopping integration (paid version but affordable), awesome email templates (with reminders!) and with coupons (others have it on expensive plans or very bad templates), you can add a photo gallery of your reviews, a review page, sliders, and pop-ups. Seriously, I'm impressed. The only thing they don't have is a Q&A feature and they are already working on releasing it some time in the future. You might say that most apps out there might have some of these features yes, but it's hard to find one that has good UI, good presentation to it AND all features combined. And to top it off, it is very affordable! Other out there are very expensive and you can't have most features in the lower plans. This one does! So, take it from someone that has been where you were and has done thorough research on this. (3 half-days of analyzing yeesh!) Make it count!

The app is amazing even with the free plan. Customer service replies super fast and is very friendly and helpful!

Juste magnifique, j'ai tester plusieurs application mais aucune n'était a la hauteur, celle-ci est très facile a utiliser et vous gagner un temps de fou, le point fort c'est le service client qui répond en français en 30secondes, franchement du jamais vu. n'hésitez pas a demander des réduction si vous avez plusieurs boutiques. Merci a vous vous êtes au top.

I was looking for an app that met my requirements. I was surprised by the services available in this app and the support always available immediately. C'est une bonne application avec beaucoup de fonctionnalité. Monsieur Parker m'a faciliter la tache et il répond rapidement au question et je le remercie . Par contre ce sera sympa si on pouvais importer des avis depuis Shein !

I have tested many review apps but most of them did not meet my expectations. This app fits perfectly in my store, with minimal design and all the customization options I need. The import is super easy and fast. The support is great! Thanks a lot!
