I had trouble importing reviews for my store, but Jillian from customer support helped me by importing them herself using a .CSV file. Much much appreciated.

O melhor app de avaliações. Tive problemas de mensagem de erro nas avaliações e suporte me ajudou e nem era um erro no app, mesmo assim eles corrigiram para mim. E ainda voce consegue personalizar praticamente tudo no app, fica muito lindo na loja além de na hora de importar poder filtrar pelo país que quer e o idioma das avaliações. simplesmente perfeito.

LAI competes with the leading review apps on Shopify without issues and even beats those at some points. For example the loading speed of the review sections is instant, on other review apps you would have to wait 1 - 2 seconds until the star rating pops up. Also the price point is really good for the features you get (Amazon import + video reviews). Last but not least the customer support is fantastic. I had a few requests about custom features and Emily & Nate helped me out.
