I just wanted to translate some reviews. Then it stated that there currently is a problem with amazon which was kind of unexpected and annyoing after just paying 15$. BUT then came Emily from the support and not only guided me through the problem BUT also helped me with doin the task of transalting, importing, etc. 11/10 Customer service and shoutout to Emily for being so helpful.

This plugin has made a big difference for my store. Setup was quick, the interface is intuitive, and it works flawlessly. Also, customer service is top-notch — they solved my issue within minutes!

欲しい機能は概ね揃っているので助かります。当初他のツールを使っていましたが、乗り換えも難なくできました。 shopify Flowとの連携もできるため、ログインユーザーのアドレスを自動入力にしたり、レビューを書いたユーザーへの特典付与などの施策を実施することもできました。 また、問題が発生した場合でもチャットで質問することで迅速に回答いただけて非常に助かります。

This app is great to help set up my store but even better is the support service. Emily was my support advisor. She was amazing in her patience and professionalism, not to mention her knowledge and ability to help me solve my issue in simple terms that a non-technical person like me would understand. Highly recommend this app and support.

My reviews were not loading onto my page so I was not able to run ads on my product so I was going to download ali reviews but then Doris was helpful and resourceful fixing the problem for me and importing some of my ads for me and then help me fix the issue on my end and we get the most quality ads from LAI reviews

So far, the app has been super practical for me. It allowed me to import reviews from my Amazon page quite easily. There could be some improvements in terms of UX, but it works pretty well and lets you manage reviews however you want—delete, organize, etc. Customer support is good; I had Parker as a developer who helped me integrate with Google quickly and easily. I’ll keep using and recommending it.
