I had a few problems understanding how this Application worked, but nice Hillary was there, willing to help me at all costs... Amazing. I appreciated her professionalism and the way she helped me in French. Thank you Hillary.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this app to anyone looking for a review app for their store. Not only does it look great their customer service is impeccable. I had the pleasure of a very helpful assistant called Kim who was so polite and helpful. defiantly 5 stars deserved.

Not paid to say this! Best review app out there, have tried a few and LAI Reviews are best. I use them for all my stores. You can EDIT reviews and their support is genuinely very good, they respond within a few minutes and are useful.

I had doubts and I went on contact support and Hillary from LAI team i pressume wrote to me back in ten seconds was amazing to see how promt and fast she helped me with the issue

Der Service ist bei dieser App mega. Über den Chat ist wirklich immer jemand present und hilft. Das habe ich schon lange nicht mehr so erlebt. Vielen Dank an Doris.

Highly recommend this app. Customer service is second to none! Live support, super quick and always pleasant to deal with. Alena helped me with my issue today and she was so efficient and so nice :)

Amazon reviews import was down for maintenance, reached out for support just to try to understand till when and if they got an ETA but to my surprise support agent Alena made extra effort to assist and handle the imports for me offline so I didn't have to wait for maintenance to be over. amazing works

I could not download reviews today as the Amazon site was down for maintenance, however the lovely ladies at LAI were so helpful. A little earlier in the day I had another issue seeing my reviews in my store and they promptly rectified the issue for me. They went above and beyond to assist me today. Good old fashioned customer service is still alive and well and LAI. I will continue to recommend this company moving forward. Thanks LAI Team - Annie

I recently switched from Loox Reviews to Lai, and I couldn't be happier with the transition! The support from Lai has been absolutely top-notch—hands down the best I've ever received. A huge shoutout to Emily, who has been so attentive and supportive, and the dev team, especially Anthony, for going above and beyond to create a custom widget just for me! They customized it as a kind gesture, even though I'm not on the plan that typically includes customizations. No questions asked, just genuine support. Lai Reviews has truly set the bar for customer service, and I’m so glad I made the switch!

Just upgraded this app and came up with some problems, Anthony helped me with all my problems and solved them. Would recommend this a lot.
