Really useful app for translating my store into other languages. The support offered is incredible. They're always extremely quick to respond and give great assistance.

The application is useless – it’s extremely slow. Translating several thousand products in multiple language versions is practically impossible with it.

Michael has responded instantly to my support message. I hate waiting for hours to solve an issue but it got solved instantly and clearly from Michael. Now I can do everything by myself! 5 starts PREMIUM support ! :)

I purchased the app and added three languages, but despite this, the automatic translation does not start. There is no visible button to initiate the translation, and even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, the issue persists. I have paid for the service, yet it is not functioning as expected. Very disappointed with this experience—it feels like a waste of money.

Translating a complicated website is never easy, and I've gone down quite a few roads. However, I'm happy I've ended my journey here. My website is now in 5 languages. The support has been 10/10 (late night replies, helpful people). Thanks to Jack, Vera, Tony, Tobias, James and Michael (this probably proves how much support I've asked for!) Highly recommended A+

Scam already uninstall but still charging me
