The customer service is great. They've helped me customise a language switcher that goes with our store theme. The app works perfectly and has helped us reach customers in Latin America and Spain. Thank you!

We just upgraded to a 2.0 theme and support was very prompt, helpful and clear. Definitely recommend. Loving the new interface too.

It takes some work to translate all my products and all the pages that are included, but with some help from the Langify team, it all works very well

So far erverything is good. Had some struggle with bulk edit in the beginning, but it looked like that the plugin wasnt ready to do this. Later i got the bulk edit button. So i am happy.

The app itself is not perfect but the support for sure is! Always happy to help and super quick. The langify-team is trying to improve, always looking for a solution and the app gets better step by step. Highly recommend.

Easy to use and plenty of online help from third parties for those of us who are not into web development. The Langify support team helped me customise the language dropdown to suit my site; this whole process took less than 2 hours - amazing service!

I don't understand why it has so many positive reviews. This app does absolutely nothing to help with workload and adds more workload. Features are added, upgrades are done and your entire previous work is all of a sudden gone which one then has to redo. If I could, I would use another app and avoid this one as this is a whole bunch of manual work and then repeat again the manual work as they delete information that one previously uploaded. And then magically disappears. Oh, and it is never the app's fault if something doesn't work properly based on common sense but always the user's fault. Instead of fixing issues the customer service team is telling you workarounds. Seriously? If your customer service needs to provide a work-around there is a fault and not a user error.

It is a candidate to be the best translation application, but it has some shortcomings and I think it needs to be updated urgently. 1.Easy filtering of untranslated content would be great. 2.Also, by integrating the contents with google sheets, faster updates can be provided. 3.When we change the content of the product with automatic translation, the url structure of the product does not change. the url structure needs to be changed with the title in accordance with the content. You need to do a lot of manual processing.

Great app and great support! We use Langify since 2019 and will continue to do so.
