Great at translating if you have more than 2 languages to translate. Also great support from the team. They are quick with providing solutions.

I don't understand why it has so many positive reviews. This app does absolutely nothing to help with workload and adds more workload. Features are added, upgrades are done and your entire previous work is all of a sudden gone which one then has to redo. If I could, I would use another app and avoid this one as this is a whole bunch of manual work and then repeat again the manual work as they delete information that one previously uploaded. And then magically disappears. Oh, and it is never the app's fault if something doesn't work properly based on common sense but always the user's fault. Instead of fixing issues the customer service team is telling you workarounds. Seriously? If your customer service needs to provide a work-around there is a fault and not a user error.

It is a candidate to be the best translation application, but it has some shortcomings and I think it needs to be updated urgently. 1.Easy filtering of untranslated content would be great. 2.Also, by integrating the contents with google sheets, faster updates can be provided. 3.When we change the content of the product with automatic translation, the url structure of the product does not change. the url structure needs to be changed with the title in accordance with the content. You need to do a lot of manual processing.

Always available and ready to invest much more than a simple support dedicated to an application, their advice and solution proposals are really very valuable. We are using langify since 2014. The app is coping with the constantly changing shopify environment very well. It has developed several new solutions over the years to make the management and translation of any shopify site as easy as possible. The support team is great and is always there to help you out. So we can only highly recommend the app.

After trying several solutions we ended up settling for Langify. The app is flexible, rather user-friendly, and integrates nicely with other apps. Their support is helpful and reactive. Every questions/issues were solved within a few hours. Good job on that!

La app es algo compleja de utilizar al principio, pero es muy eficiente y tiene un muy buen soporte, contestan muy rápido y ayudan a resolver todas las dudas. Para mantener una web con varios idiomas, es algo complejo, ya que al realizar traducciones manuales, cada cambio en la web, hay que modificarlo en las traducciones. Pero funciona perfectamente.

The app is fairly easy to use. Translated 1 language in a day. Support responds very quickly and Jack and Michael were extremely helpful!

You get to translate every single word on your storefront, including content added by 3rd party apps. What's better than this? An exceptional customer service. The second language that I'm offering on my store is Arabic, which is a Right-To-Left language. This results in an inverted layout when switching languages. I can't express how pleased I am with their customer service team. I've sent them too many screenshots asking for theme styling fixes and they have implemented the codes each time in a quick manner. Thank you Langify team.
