I am sorry, but this really is the worst app on the shopify market. Incredibly slow, but the worst thing ist the auto translate functionality. The app has translated our native language. Perfect texts were turned into shit. We had to manually update all texts again. No option to revert auto translated texts.

5* For Customer Service. 4* For the App Overall. Customer Service handles issues very fast and is very friendly. Sometimes it is quite circumstantial to translate content from pagefly.

Brilliant Customer support: extremely quick and efficient. The agents provided me with ad-hoc video and screenshot to make the set-up error proof. The app itself it very easy to use.

Great interface with tons of tools for translations. With that said, by FAR some of the best customer service I've seen from a Shopify app. Always responding quickly with tons of help. Highly recommend!

I've used 3 translation app, Langify is definately the best one!! No matter it's powerful function, they have the quick and professional support team, They alaways help to fix issue in a very short time. Plus, it is really able to translate everything you want on your web. Strongly recommended!!

These guys are awesome, I have tried every other major language app on shopify and nothing even comes close. On top of that the support is insanely good (easily the best I have experienced on shopify)

This app works great, and above all, they have amazing customer service. It's the third translation app we've tried, and we've finally found one that's easy to use with no bugs or app issues. Anything we can't seem to figure out for ourselves is always fixed by their team within a few hours. Highly recommend!

Wir haben schon einige Übersetzungsapps ausprobiert. Langify ist mit Abstand die beste. Außerdem werden Fragen und CSS-Wünsche schnell vom Kundenservice beantwortet und angepasst. Wir konnten daher unseren Shop innerhalb von ein paar Tagen zweisprachig anbieten. :)

We would always recommend Langify! It is a really intuitive, beautifully designed app with the best support! :) Most fair pricing we have every experienced in the app store. No hidden additional cost like other apps have!

Terrible customer support. The translations of our main market are down for 3 weeks due to a technical issue on Langify side. The customer service takes too long to respond to a critical topic that was even caused by an update on their side. We are losing business and they don't seem to even care about answering back after reporting the issue 4 times.
