We are still working with the app and it takes time for sure. This is the only translation app we have worked with and again and again if something is not working their customer service has been of speedy assistance ! Very easy to understand and always service minded. A HUGE help for someone who is not used to working with hard coding. GREAT customer service - this truly makes a great difference :)

Very disappointing. Very slow and now we have been translating from Spanish to English for 3 hours and my Spanish website is half in English. It is really frustrating and time consuming when a paid application has to work without compromising the work already done. I do not recommend it at all.

Zuvorkommender und netter Support. Ich hatte Probleme mit dem Theme nach der Installation. Der Support hat schnell und effektiv das Problem gelöst. App ist gut.

Great app. Outstanding support. I can translate everythinging in our Shopify store easily. Very user friendly. The option to auto-translate content makes the whole process even faster. I am often impressed with their english-to spanish translation. It is very accurate. When you need to change themes most translations carry over to the new theme too and those that do not, such as some custom content can be easily exported/imported in seconds. We have been using it for a few years already and it does not dissapoint. If you need a translation app that is affordable, extensive and reliable, look no further, this is the one!

Ich bin von Weglot auf Langify umgestiegen, da der Plan von Weglot einfach zu heftig war. Weglot war schlicht zu teuer, da hier die Anzahl der übersetzten Wörter gezählt und bewertet wurden. Nicht so bei Langify. Die Installation und Einrichtung von Langify benötigt etwas Zeit, aber das ist normal, wenn man eine komplette Homepage sinnvoll übersetzen möchte. Bei der Einrichtung selber hatte ich mit den Shopify-Märkten einige Schwierigkeiten, allerdings half der Langify-Support in Echtzeit und alles läuft perfekt. Das GUI von Langify finde ich sehr gelungen, man fühlt sich wohl, alles ist logisch und es ist keine Raketenkunst den Shop in eine weitere Sprache zu übersetzen. Aus meiner Sicht um Welten besser als Weglot. Viele Grüsse

Amazing app ! You can translate every single items of your store: pictures, product description, metadescription, custom, etc. The support is amazing and very helpful if you have any questions. They answer very quickly. Definitely an app that I recommend for everyone who wants to expand international !

horrible. tried it twice. glitchy both times. after customizing and saving settings, the customizations still didn't show properly. you also have to go in to each product and details to translate everything. don't recommend this. not sure where all of the high reviews came from.

Depending on the theme that you are using there definitely are some cases where it requires some custom code modifications to integrate the language switcher in such a way that it feels and looks like a native part of your theme! Our support team is here to assist 24/7 so this could have been solved in no time (just get in touch!) :) 2. You can export all your translatable content from within langify in several formats and import the translated file again.

The app itself takes some time to understand and it will most likely not work from the beginning. You will probably ask yourself why is he giving 5 stars then? Well, the support just nails it. They solved all issues within 1-2 hours of me writing them a mail.. No matter at what time. Awesome support deserves awesome feedback! Now everything works smoothly

Update: The support team reached out quickly and helped resolve the issue. They were very knowledgeable. I still think setup, onboarding process, and compatibility with shopify markets could be improved-no shop owner should have his store go down for a whole day as soon as an app is installed. But I do appreciate that they are able to fix issues quickly. Still need to push translations live before I can make a definitive conclusion about this app. __________________________ Original: Made my site go down for a whole day. After I installed it, any link on my site directed to this subfolder with a 404 error: /eg-en/eg-en//eg-en/eg-en//eg-en/eg-en//eg-en/eg-en//eg-en/eg-en/ After I deleted the app, the problem went away. In addition, the app loads a bit slowly and certain editing certain categories such as metafields will freeze the app.

We had an issue come up and within minutes of contacting support, Langify was troubleshooting and knew exactly how to fix the issue. We've been using Langify for a couple of years and the support is always great. The app handles translations just as it should and gets the job done.

Easy to use App, the dashboard is intuitive, the translation is of quality (English from French), and it is easy to alter whatever is needed via the dashboard. Best of all the support team is amazing, super available (not sure if they are even sleeping!!) and really helpful. I totally recommend this app!

We run a multilanguage store (German, French, and English) and it works perfectly thanks to Langify. We are extremely satisfied, they are the best: easy to use, works super smoothly. We also had once a question (we changed our theme and couldn't recover some old translations) and the support agent (Tony) from the help desk was very supportive and resolved our issue in no time (around 15 minutes after we asked the question).
