We connected the app because of the positive reviews and recommendations on YouTube videos. It is really easy to manage. Maybe a guided tour for absolute beginners would be a good addition. We ran into an issue with our themes meta fields (no line breaks in translations). They ask for access to analyze the issue in the shop, you have to give them the needed rights. A day later they added "| newline_to_br" to the product.metafields.my_fields section entries and the issue was solved. (better just do not try by your own unless you understand the code and where to put this added code exactly). For me it was a quick and competent support. Thanks a lot, I know, that I chose the right app for my translations!

The app is easy, user-friendly and very responsive. We use it for our 5-language online store and couldn't be more satisfied. The support team is simply great. Every question is answered within hours and they all are very competent and nice. Well done, team!

Not everything works (like translation of filters) but overal works fine. Customer service is responding quickly.

I Install this App, then I want to try other translate App, so I delete it, but the code still show on our first page. Today I have send the email for them, and request them to delete the code, I am waiting for them, let me send the update reviews after they works!
... and so we did on a weekend immediately. All code has been removed. Your review stays. Reached out to you several times - no reply.

I have used this app for about 6 years. The app works great. It is user friendly and you can translate everything. A big bonus is the great customer service from the team at Langify. I highly recommend for all multi-language stores.

Slowest App I have ever seen on the app store. Sometimes takes 10-15 min for the page to load. Can definitely not recommend this app.

Some things are a little bit difficult to find, but there support are one of the best I have seen. They always answer quickly and point you in the right direction.

Best support team! This app is a little complicated to understand at first, and a few things could be improved to make it easier to use, but thankfully their support team is SUPER responsive and friendly. They find a solution quickly and efficiently.

Great customer service and the app do what it needs to do but it is not the most functional app in terms of speed, duplicated translations and were to find the translation. Global we still like the app.
