Everytime I have a problem with a template and I don't know how to solve it, their support staff literally custom develops it for me. I'm positively shocked about the level of service

I wanted to throw in the towel, but Maria wouldn't let me quit. She walked me through it and helped me figure out how to post my blog posts. So grateful. Now it looks more beautiful! Thank you

I just started using the app a week ago. It is very easy to use. I thought that I saved the page, but I didn't. The customer service is very prompt and nice. Maria quickly helped me with all issues that I was having. I wanted to create a landing page and it is beautifully designed with the templates they have available.

This app helps me build my own pages with no coding experience. It allows you to add blocks you like, pick and choose your colors, fonts and layouts. There are limitations but most of the templates are really nice.

This app makes my blog page so much cleaner and organized. I worked diligently with Maria who was always helpful, responsive and willing to go the extra mile. I am currently using the free plan but can definitely see myself upgrading in the future! Highly recommend for a cleaner appearance.

Learning to use any page builder can be difficult. However, the customer service of layout hub makes the process a lot easier.

I'm updating my review as I really believe this is one of the best apps on Shopify. Rarely have I come across a team so responsive, or a product so well developed and feature rich. The level of customer service is extraordinary. Brilliant team and product. I tried it against other page builder apps and it's great, we went with this in the end. You can build simple pages from building blocks and don't need to worry about web design. This is perfect for non-technical store owners. The customer support from Dilys was incredible, she stayed a long time with me showing me how to use the app. Top product and service.

The customer support is SUPERB quality and very fast in responding to issues. Another great thing are plenty of ready to use templates as well as the editing quality and easiness. Tested a lot of page builders and LayoutHub is the best that's currently available!

I paid for one of the premium Shopify themes, which was a total waste of money compared to the functionality you get from LayoutHub. Also their customer services team are some of the most helpful and knowledgeable i've ever spoken to - they've just told me about another feature which allows me to remove an app I'm paying for.

Amazing app. I really LOOVE it. My website looks like one of the best in my niche. The support is 24/7 and they are perfect.

The customer helpdesk (Maria) is very helpful. Not like other customer service agents, this one will literally help you with the design along the way. Thank you so much LayoutHub. Great app, great functionality. You guys take my first ever review. :)

Never had contact to a support team that cares so much about their customers before. They spend so much time to solve my problem and their App is working perfectly! The problem I had was related to another App I installed, that had limited comprehension in working with other Apps. Special Thanks to Dilys!!

I tried this app for the first time. Maria, the helpdesk is very helpful and can solve some layout issues that you won't be to do it yourself. This layout app is not a drag and drop builder, but you're using their preset templates and adapt it to your own content. So it saves time, although there is limited capacity on how much changes you are empowered to do! :)

It is a great app. I just had such a great experience with customer support. I had an issue I did not understand at all how to solve it, and their professionalism helped me. Not just the knowledge, but also quick response and an outstanding support's language and kindness to customers. The app works very well and it's very easy to use. Highly recommended!
