LOVED the online chat support!!!!!! The app may get a better rating once I use it more, not that well versed yet.

I love the app! It makes it so much easier to have a sleeker store without spending alot upfront. With the help from the support staff I was abled to build a high converting store.

Amazing app, makes my work flow so much more simple. The one thing Shopify was missing was the ability to do better and more creative pages and with a comic book publishing company this is really needed. Could not have done it without this app.

Der Beste Page Builder den ich bis jetzt überhaupt genutzt habe. Natürlich gibt es hier und da mal Sachen die einem fehlen, in allem ist das aber wahrscheinlich der beste von den Page Buildern, Vorlage für den Alkoholverkauf ist in meiner Weltansicht kritisch zu betrachten, da es hier aber an sich nur um eine Programm lasse ich das aus. Das Team oder besser gesagt der Support ist erste Sahne und kommt mit allem entgegen. Shoutout an den Support Agenten Namens Andy, welcher mich wirklich mehr als jeder andere Provider hätte können Supporter hat. Als Pagebuilder absolut zu Empfehlen, einziges Manko Alkohol Verkaufslayouts.

The app is a bit clunky to work with (editing/cropping photos, not super intuitive) but it was good overall and had responsive tech support when we needed assistance.

The app has many options, beautiful templates. I won't say that it works perfectly as it has certain problems from time to time. But the support is always available and in a very good attitude to help. Special shout out to Andy who helped me out very quickly.

Andy helped me get my page working nicely within my website, quickly. I appreciate the prompt service and assistance. The night before Saul helped me with several issues, quickly and efficiently. Both were very prompt. Good customer service.

They have great customer service, I chatted with Caroline because I couldn't find the save button in the editor, she helped me save the page by hitting the Publish button that popped up in the modal. I was trying to save draft, and then hit publish on the top right. The correct way is to hit publish in the middle of the screen.

I was having issues with my slideshow and countdown not showing up on my home page, after I upgraded. Andy offered to take a look, and had it showing up within 2 minutes. He spent a lot of time with me, trying to work out other issues I ended up having, and it was greatly appreciated.

Great customer support experience so far despite on free plan. Andy is very handy and prompt in fixing my design issues these past 2 days. Will continue to test around with this app and decide if it is a good long-term fit for my e-commerce brand. Kudos thus far! Keep up the good work Layouthub team!

After using the app for some time now it's great to always their friendly team ready and enthusiastic at all hours of the day to help out this I couldn't applaud more. The app itself does need to improve, It glitches out sometimes and fails to load properly at times. That said it's a great time. Keep the great work Layout Hub team. Dilys, Andy and Emma are all a great help! Give the app a go.

I have used this app to build several pages and I'm really happy with the results! Docking 1 star because I've had some difficulty in consistency, but customer service is amazing! Olivia helped me fix several things I was unable to figure out. So helpful! - Marin
