The customer service is very good, they quickly helped me solve the problem, and when I need to modify the code, I only need to put forward my needs, they will help me realize.

LayoutHub is great because they offer great customer support, they count with a super user-friendly and intuitive interface, and they offer a great pricing plan for all needs. Highly recommend it.

Good customer service, user friendly, and easy to use. I like that they have a section for everything, and is compatible with every niche. Im designing stores for clients, and they like the layout. You can choose between whole pages and segments/sections

The app is super easy to use and navigate. Haven't had any glitches with it yet. And the support is awesome! Using the free plan and I asked them to help customize a template further and they responded within 15 minutes and helped me execute what I was hoping to do. Definitely recommend.

Hello, I started to use my normal shopify themes and in the beginning they worked fine, they were simple, but as requirements and design from competition got a lot better! I had to start looking around for some better design and quality page to keep up with competitors! and after looking and doing research i found LayoutHub and completely transformed my ecommerce into what we were looking for, not only it exceed my expectations but it is now a way better page than any of the competition! But thats not the best thing about it, the totally best thing about LayoutHub it is definitely the CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE is like from another planet! The best support anyone could ask for specially Maria! She is on top of the game, being real dynamic and kind, we need a lot more of companies like this one! Great! Amazing job! Keep on going! Thanks for so much!!!

I love the app, but I love the customer service even more! They are quick to respond and eager to help. Every time I've ever reached out to them they have always assisted me in resolving any challenges that I may have had.

Love how helpful the staff is at LayoutHub! Every time I have a concern or need help doing something they're there to help and get the job done quickly. For someone with little to no coding skills, this helps so much when your client wants to use Shopify (which is so much more difficult than Squarespace or Wix). Very happy to be using LayoutHub!

Layout Hub is straight forward and easy to use. Support is on the ball and even will show you detailed and specific video tutorials based on your query. I find that a huge boon to what I need to accomplish. I was helped by Dilys and she was a huge help. 5 Stars all around.
