Trato al cliente excelente. He tenido un problema con la instalación y en menos de 2 minutos me han contestado al chat, en mi idioma, y lo mejor, lo han resuelto. No solo me encanta la app por las funcionalidades de mejora de UX y CX que ofrece, sino que hay un soporte detrás. No estás sola! La persona que me ha atendido es Andy, increible.

For now, it's very easy to use and I'm able to make several landing pages myself. Customer care is really quick in solving problems. Andy was accurate and quick. 5-star rating for now.

Excellent support with a fast fix to my issue. Also, this is the easiest WYSIWYG editor for Shopify and has the the best templates of any of the apps I've tried.

Easy to use and understand, so many awesome features to edit and make it your own. I had one formatting issue I contacted help for and it was easily resolved by Caroline in minutes! Love this app

great app, the best one on Shopify for creating your own product and normal pages through the website. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, live chat is very efficient, well worth the money. Caroline and team are great!

I am using the free version and have published three beautiful pages with it. I had an issue with one of the pages and @Caroline was really amazing, I couldn't believe how fast the response time was and she had my issue solved in just a couple of minutes.

This page builder is amazing, but what I loved the most was the customer support. I was struggling to add a link to my newsletter subscribe page, and Andy was absolutely fantastic, not only because he quickly added it for me, but also because he gave me enough time to check if everything was working fine and answered all my questions in a very professional and reassuring fashion. Thank you very much, Andy and LayoutHub team. Great job!

Super App, die den Aufbau sehr schöner Seiten ermöglicht. Es gibt viele Vorlagen, die einfach anzupassen sind und auch freie Baukästen. Die App hat uns sehr geholfen. Bei Problemen wird schnell per Chat geholfen. Sehr nette Kontakte und schnelle Hilfe, wie zuletzt zum Beispiel von Saul. Nur zu empfehlen.

Awesome App. Been a long time user of this. Extremely simple to use compared to other "page builder" apps. I needed help for a minor issue, wait que said "41 minutes", but I think it was less than 41 seconds and I got help from Saul. Quickly figured out the issue and it was resolved. Highly recommend!

Been really enjoying the ability to build out slick and custom designs for my footer pages. Customer service was awesome. Sent me videos where I would get lost. Including help with source coding and some custom image placements. Really happy.
