The customer service is very good Andy, in particular, is smart and AMAZING! I'm still waiting for the dev to solve my issues. If this app were updating its section it was perfect They need to update the templates according to Shopify

Hope you understand we are always happy to help you as much as we can to the extent that the app can meet, even our entire team spent a lot of time for you and helped you a lot in customizing the store from month to month. A lot of customer have used and satisfied with our app, they are satisfied with the features that the app brings. But for you, you are asking for some new features that are too advanced and new designs that highly personalized, even beyond app's limits. And this is really not fair for us when you leave the bad review just for reason we can't do what you ask. Please know we’d like to make this right for you but we don't have enough human to support you that way please. Again, thank you for your understanding! Also our support team always welcomes you!

I use this app to create my Home page, it's pretty intuitive, easy to go around and the designs are good. It put a bug on my product page though causing some the pictures to not show because I didn't check Enabling jQuery on the dashboard. When I asked for help from the support center though, they quickly helped me out with the issue and it was all good in a few minutes.

The app has lots of different layouts to choose from as a start. The support team are very capable to help you resolve any issues you face.

This app have really nice templates to choose from and if we need a change to those templates it is really easy to ask on the chat, where they do the change on the spot or create an internal case to handle that change. The change is done really fast! I give a 4 star for one reason only, I always want to perform changes but I need always LayoutHub to do them, when I can't edit the code of the template. It would be perfect if LayoutHub created a drag and drop builder to change existing templates, or at least move existing items around in the templates.

Easy to install, easy to use. Had one minor hiccup but their team (Emma) answered quickly on a Sunday and took care of my needs. She was awesome. This app def made our About Us page much stronger than the debut themes standard page.

App allows you to rapidly accelerate your page designs. It's worth the cost to get your designs to market quickly. Support is excellent and prompt. I wish it had a bit more to it in terms of layouts. I was looking for a comparison table layout which is pretty common without any luck. There are other apps out there, but I was able to hand code one using this app as a custom section. Ability to create and reuse your sections is a nice touch. Definitely worth the cost.

Very very helpful support team on livechat, helped solve any issues I had instantly. The free tier is somewhat limited, but I've still managed to build some great pages without it. Would recommend!

I have needed help twice right after I had installed this and both times the Chat option was very helpful. We will continue with this app and are considering going to the Pro version so we can get lazy load on our images.

Support is great and the site is easy to use. I wish it let me make more than 3 free pages though or at least archive pages not in use so they don't count towards the three pages.

A dedicated support team to help at anytime and finding solutions to make e-commerce website owners happy! The app really helps to leverage the capacity of theme customization by being able to create pages and templates. You will still need to have a bit of web development knowledge to customize the pages exactly the way you want, but the team can help if any issues and is regularly adding new pre-built sections. Looking forward to monitor the performances of the website as using LayoutHub seems to slow it down at loading time, even with the lazy load feature activated.

LayoutHub has a few bugs but the guys are super quick to fix any kind of problems. Love this! The app is also super easy!

Intuitive page builder. However, it could use some work in creating custom blocks within each page, as your stuck with the layout of their blocks and have to be a little creative

Very good app and service. The big plus is the support team who help a lot and respond fast ;) The app progress all the time and propose news futures.

Very quick customer service chat to help with an issue I had with replication to live site, but they solved quickly. Great that you get up to 3 pages with their free plan, and nice selection of pages/blocks to choose from.
