Downloaded many apps to try to find the right one for what I needed and LayoutHub was by far the best and most user friendly. Also continue to be amazed by how quickly their support team respond, no matter the time of day. Would definitely recommend.

This app change my life ! Very easy to use for a novice like me. It change the appearance of the website and it look professional, so much better than the principal theme of shopify. When I need help, I get it easily from the chat (Thank you Caroline for fix my issue very quickly!!!). I recommend !

Great app and working perfectly so far! Olivia was a great help and got my few questions fixed within minutes and sent over screengrab videos of her editing my actual page for me as well so that I could fix them myself in the future. Loving it so far! I do plan on having a bunch of products though and if you are wanting to customize your product pages you won't be able to get away with the basic or maybe even pro plan just FYI. Each separate product page counts as it's own page so that's where it can get a little pricier than originally expected but still totally worth it!

Nice app, helped a lot when it was harder to create page templates. Shopify 2.0 might make it easier now though. I'm especially happy with the customer services.

I tried for an hour to use this app finally reached out to customer service and they were very unhelpful and kept telling me the feature that's supposed to be available for the free plan won't work unless I am on a pro plan. It wouldn't publish anything whatsoever. I checked the reviews to see if anyone else was having my issue and saw one disturbing issue about them sending threatening emails so I deleted it. smh. Get a different app
We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced while using our app. And I want to correct a bit of information, that the insert to top or bottom page feature https://tppr.me/4J0Nm is available with the Free plan, not just Pro plan. Also, we just tried to check the issue that you face but seem you have uninstalled the app. If possible, please re-install it, we will help you check it and find what the cause. We are not sure but We guess you created the page by inserting the section from the app into an existing page in Shopify, but that page has been deleted or no longer exists so you got that error when publishing the page. Can we have a chance to serve you please?

Unprofessional when we wanted to delete the app. Didn’t tell us pages will be deleted from the website as well and not only the templates.

I love the flexibility of this app and my ability to get really creative in layout. Caroline with the help desk was great and their support team is seriously the best!

I honestly love the consistency of being able to speak to an expert I've previously talked to. Olivia always has a solution and it's always quick and straightforward. Super appreciate this and I've referred Layout Hub to other people in my industry because of this.

My second day, still trying out how it works. But one thing I'd like to rate 5 stars for this app - the customer service! It is superb! they don't even need the hassle of requesting/approving them to be the collaborator and etc, they can check for you right away! Any questions will be answered immediately!

The app is absolutely great and easy to use. The results are looking very good and the support is really helpfull and kind, nothing is a problem to ask and they are ready to assist at any time needed. Unfortunately the app isnt fully compatible with Omnisend (it captures the sign-ups but doesnt fire the automations) and therefore most probably I must uninstall it but except for this issue I would highly recommend.

The customer service was very helpful and they responded quickly. I love this app as it helps you make pages easily, but I do hope that there would be more templates and designs as I want to make my page better and more presentable with new features. Thank you developers and keep up the good work :)
