It's really user-friendly and comes with great templates. Also the customer service is very fast and friendly.

The customer service for this app is horrible. Even on a paid plan, they take days to respond and don't fix issues. Very difficult to communicate with them and often their layout pages do not work. I would not recommend.
Hi Kim, we really apologize for this bad experience but you see, this is a problem with our live chat system and we are trying to set it up for you and sometimes it is out of our reach. . Utilicé esta aplicación para hacer una landing page. Al principio me resultó un poco complicado por las integraciones, pero con ayuda del equipo, conseguimos realizarlas con éxito. Es muy intuitiva y fácil de utilizar. Da muchísimas opciones para crear tu propia landing y se integra muy bien con Mailchimp. El servicio al cliente es excelente y rápido en sus respuestas. De todas las que hemos probado, esta es la que mejor ha funcionado. ^_^

This app is great for building custom shopify pages that actually convert. I run a marketing agency and recommend it to pretty much all my clients. The best thing though is the support team. I've spoken to them so many times over the last few months and they've always fixed my issues right away. I'm actually really impressed with the level of support and is why I'm comfortable recommending the service to anyone.

This app is exactly what I was looking for! I needed to add more pages to my Shopify site without having extensive knowledge of html. It looks so professional! Also, customer service is great! It was quick and easy for me to have all of my questions answered via the live chat. Started off using the free plan & then ended up purchasing for more features because I loved the app so much.

I'm a designer who started their own business and am wanting a lot of customization for my shop, and while I understand web basics, I am certainly not a developer. As a small business owner, I wanted to be able to make changes to my own site while also having the ability to fully customize it — and LayoutHub seemed like a great option! When I first started playing with it, I struggled a bit with getting things to sync up correctly...but I reached out via the chat with 4 questions and was helped within a half hour. Maria in support was great — they addressed each question and guided me through how to make the alterations through annotated screenshots. When I couldn't figure one piece out on my own, I set them up a staff account and they fixed the issue for me, then explained how they'd done it on the backend. So far, I absolutely LOVE this app and would highly recommend!
