LDT Digital Downloads has been fantastic to work with! Pete helped me preview audio files for my digital music business, and the support was quick, professional, and super helpful. It made the whole process smooth and easy. Thanks, Pete, for going above and beyond.. I really appreciate it!

The support team is fast and truly listens. Bonnie and her coworkers have been very kind, and they are going to add a new feature after my request.

I was on a paid tier and it was a decent app, but they changed the tier benefits without any notice, so I was paying for benefits I thought I had but wasn't receiving. When I reached out to the developer, they refused to resolve the issue. They want me to pay more than double the cost I've been paying in order to receive the benefits I signed up for. The poor business practice and lack of transparency made me lose all trust in the app/developer.

Works perfectly for my needs, allowing my customers to immediately download both free and purchased patterns. Support has been responsive and helpful when needed.

The app is amazing, and the customer support is simply perfect. They respond quickly, are very attentive, and have solved every issue I've brought up with incredible speed. The best app I've tried for selling e‑books.
