Cade is helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. I like this app and the support. However, the app doesn't remember the last listing when we return from current one. It's really painful especially when I have many listings to edit and review. Please consider fixing this issue and make the user experience smoother. thank you!

Cade and Bonny have been terrific in assisting set up and some minor issues that needed resolution after a quick departure from our previous provider who raised their prices astronomically. Strongly recommend this app as a cost effective alternative to others on the market. Easy and intuitive to use.

We sell Digital License keys (an upgrade pass) for a game on our site. This does the job that we need. -Sends the codes to the customer via email -Creates a dedicated page on our site where customers can search by their order number with email/phone to view their code at any time -Displays a link to access the codes on the Thank you page Setup was fairly intuitive and straightforward. Pricing is quite reasonable.

Not every download App is well organised, simple to use, and reasonably priced, and when we requested links in the product page More Actions ... done immediately thx to Cade @ LDT Team.

Love this app, upon reading instructions I was able to quickly understand how to set-up a free printable download with certain products. I just was not able to add a free printable to a entire collection without adding the items each individually. Hope to see upgrades such as creating a Digital Collection to add digital files some free and some with cost associated. Great job with app.

ustomer service is fast and on-point, and the product itself has pretty much all the functionality you might need (including liquid emal templating). The price is competitive too.

LDT Digital Downloads Pro is a great app that seamlessly allows digital products to be attached to my regular physical products. It’s user-friendly, intuitive, and simple to set up. When I ran into a link issue, Cade from the support team was incredibly helpful - clear, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout the process. The support experience really made a difference.
