So far so good! I've only been using the app for less than 24 hours, but I've been very happy with it's integration into my shopify store.

I am using the app now for a few months, and while I had a rocky start with it, the customer service team was always helpful and great in assisting, explaining how to solve issues and answering questions. We have been using LDT Digital Downloads for several months now, and we are so pleased! This app does everything we need it to for digital items sold on our shop. And anytime we have had to contact support, they have been very responsive and took our suggestions into consideration and implemented them to make our experience even better! This app is well worth the price for what we need with digital products.
