New to learning the system and its quite easy to use! Very smooth interface that is easily manageable! The best part is their amazing customer service! A huge thank you to Jennifer Goodman for being there when we needed her! She was very knowledgeable about the questions I was asking her and sent me links for easy direction to the pages I needed! LeadDyno really did a great job hiring her! Kuddos to you Jennifer!

Even though I started off thinking this software doesn't work as it should, I figured out that it just took time to learn and understand it. Their customer service is ALWAYS there to help. Tried other affiliate apps and this is the only one with outstanding customer service, a great platform overall, and simplicity as best as it can be. Shout out to Adam Jacobs specifically for being super helpful with my last issue I encountered.

Great service, easy to use and easy to set up. I tried a couple of different affiliate apps and this one is by far the most user-friendly and the most affordable. I would definitely recommend this to anybody trying to introduce affiliate marketing or looking to change your current affiliate software.

Their setup is easy however, their landing page says 24/7 support. I have yet to actually speak to someone in real time over either phone or chat. Just 'leave a message". Then I don't hear back from anyone. If you ever had to put out a fire, you'd be screwed. Will try out the rest of the month to see if it improves.

Support is extremely quick!! Jennifer Goodman was extremely helpful in walking me through a few things as I must of missed during the sign up process!! Keep it up everyone at LeadDyno!!

I was working late Saturday evening until early morning Sunday when I have a few questions that I couldn't find on the website. I used the "book a call" button. It was 3 AM in the morning and I thought it would be some other support from another country but I received a call from none other than Adam Jacobs. At 3 AM of Sunday morning! He was very attentive to my concerns and resolved my queries promptly. I couldn't ask for better customer service. EVER. Thanks Adam! Double 5 stars for you!

I was waiting for a response from someone on customer support for a week. I could not use the App this whole time. The only response I got was "what is your website address?" And that info was in the subject line of the email... but even after writing the address again, they did not respond. A week for that? I can't imagine how long it will take to get an answer to bigger issues

The app is very clean and easy to set up. I used the support chat to speak with Jennifer and she was very professional, and easily answered my questions. So far this is a great app! Lots of control over how your affiliate program is managed.

Jennifer and Adam are quick to respond and helped out immediately with professionalism and intent! 5 stars would recommend this app not only for the amazing product but for the customer service alone. They both are incredible!

Wonderful addition to our Shopify store. The integration is easy and the site is user friendly so I was able to set everything up without too much difficulty. Love the livechat feature on leaddyno! Whenever you have an issue, there's someone there to help troubleshoot and it gets resolved quickly. Would strongly recommend :)

I had a serious issue with a connection that swapped between my two accounts. It was a bit tricky and the client service did not understand. But then, I talked to Adam Jacobs and we finally started to be on the right way. Thanks once again Adam ! On an other note, leaddyno is simply the best affiliate program. Easy, complete without full subscription unlike others... Go for it.

Every time I have a question I just go to the chat feature on their website. The customer reps there are usually very helpful. Anything they can't answer they refer to Adam. And there's practically nothing that Adam can't solve! We have spoken on the phone and have been referred to him in several occasions. His service is excellent. Most recently I got stuck on a Sunday afternoon trying to add a custom URL for my affiliate site. Submitted the issue via chat. And the next day, on Monday morning, Adam notified me via email that it was solved.

I was new to the program, support helped me out straight away when I had some questions. Now I'm more familiar with the program I know I've made a great choice with LeadDyno affiliate app!

The LeadDyno support team is one fo the most friendly and helpful customer service teams I have come across. Deidra & Jennifer always answered even the simplest of my questions and followed up anything that was a bit more complicated. The software is so simple and easy to use - we had been searching for a long time for the best affiliate software and am very happy we chose LeadDyno.

The platform is easy to use and the support agent Jennifer was super responsive and helpful in terms of all the questions you have. Totally recommend this app!
