Such a great customer service from Adam on the live chat today! Really helpful and understanding. My problem (that I did not even expect to be solved) was solved with ease within seconds. Recommended.

So far so good, had a lot of questions that they were quick to answer and after playing around with it a lot it hasn't taken long to get to know the ins and outs. The 1 month trial period is a big plus.

Jennifer at LeadDyno customer service has been absolutely amazing at helping me figure out a few things. Since this is completely new to me, it's easy to get confused when trying to sort things out, but with some help from Jennifer, I was able to put my mind to ease! There are SO MANY options and ways to use this app, I know that it will help me expand my business exponentially and I can't wait to come back and give it even more praise in a few months after my business has really taken off. Lead Dyno has been EXTREMELY user friendly! I am very tech challenged and I love this app! It's very clearly laid out and all of the menus, etc are self explanatory. I have only needed to use the customer service messenger a couple of times and they were super responsive and quickly answered my questions in a matter of minutes. The app is very deep and easy to use and offers great cost ability. When you are inside there is great customer support that knows the ins and outs I had a few questions and they were swiftly answered by a nice woman named Jennifer Goodman would definitely recommend.

Seemed to work well at first, but have had consistent issues with it. Not applying commissions, not linking properly etc. My affiliates have been missing out on what they have earned. We keep having to manually go in an audit our orders which is incredibly time-consuming, not to mention it doesn't help to identify if the customer used the affiliate link, so no way of knowing and giving the credit. Will be looking for another program asap.

This app delivers on it's promises! The back-end system is well designed and easy to use. One of the things that I love about this app is the ability to brand your affiliate portal. LeadDyno is a great fit for everyone at any level because of their tiered pricing plan. So you're able to scale as needed. Lastly, they have great customer service. All my questions were answered in a timely manner, and I was never left hanging. Will definitely be using this app with any other stores I make in the future!

I added this app today and within an hour I already have had 3 affiliates sign up! I'm hopeful this will help me get sales! So far too, chatting with Jennifer Goodman has been awesome!!! It's like she just stays there waiting to immediately answer my questions! Super prompt and helpful!

The customer support truly sucks at lead dyno, there plugin to shopify slows down the site significantly, google speed test and webpagetes.org. We are a decent size company and have a lot of traffic and need to be optimized. We decide as per there recommendations we would have to hard code the scripts on the site to help with the speed. So we did that , no help from them , they pass the buck back to us. And now we have affiliates who are using coupon codes and they codes are being applied in shopify, but lead dyno is not recording the transactions for the affiliates, and now they want me to take screen shots , of WHAT? its their soft ware. Also customer support is the absolute worst, takes weeks to get back to you and you have to complain on live chat to even get a response in a day or 2. I really wanted this to work but again let down by false advertising.

So far so good. We have used Refersion but it didn't have the features we needed to expand our program. LeadDyno has the feature-set and set-up has been quite smooth. Jennifer has been very helpful. Not sure if they have a team managing that chat ID or if she just doesn't sleep, but they have been very helpful and patient in answering my questions. Hoping the execution is as flawless as the setup!

So far so good! Very helpful docs online and very easy to get started.. Jennifer Goodman was also quite helpful with all problems I was facing. Great job!
