I love LeadDyno! It works perfect for what I need. Chat support is awesome! Always answer right away if I have an issue. I HIGHLY recommend LeadDyno for your affiliate program.

The app is fairly easy to navigate through, however it can use a bit better of a set up tutorial as well as examples/templates for all of its features. There are some templates, but not for everything. But even better than the templates provided would be access to viewing "best in class" examples to draw ideas from. The service is quick and friendly. I have mostly dealt with Adam and Jennifer who have been great. I do think I would have had to have far fewer discussions with service, though, if the setting up had been easier, hence the initial points in this review. Ready to launch, so will update the app review in the future.

Solid product. Lots of options. Their customer service is superb, always very fast to answer questions. Jennifer Goodman has helped me several times and she's great :)

Customer service had been fantastic. We have tested a number of different options to move to as they system we are using now if very cumbersome. This has been the standout best so far, as it is very easy to use, understand & set up and their support is exceptional (can't say this enough, when you need it, it matters!).

We've been using LeadDyno for 4 years now. It has really helped us grow the business from a startup to a thriving 8 figure per year business. The features allow us the flexibility to set up affiliates in a way that makes sense for our unique business model.

This affiliate app has a huge amount of functionality. It even provides a detailed visitor data stream which the Shopify basic plan does not. The support from Adam has been excellent. https://fidgetspinners.com

I just started using LeadDyno. I decided to use it because i read they had good customer service. I am convinced now that i underestimated the awesome level of customer service. I was very fortunate to have Jennifer Goodman on the online chat. She was the best. She responded to each one of my questions with the exact answers. The best part was the speed with which she answered. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The pricing policy is based off of website traffic regardless of affiliate traffic or transactions. It's foolish.

Definitely drives sales, but setup for me and affiliates has proven to be confusing, and I spend a lot of time answering affiliate questions. Support has been pretty good. Payout is very easy. I would like to be able to see my affiliates set up their own custom links ie, babebasics.com/name, but every time that happens, they receive an error.
