Seemed to work well at first, but have had consistent issues with it. Not applying commissions, not linking properly etc. My affiliates have been missing out on what they have earned. We keep having to manually go in an audit our orders which is incredibly time-consuming, not to mention it doesn't help to identify if the customer used the affiliate link, so no way of knowing and giving the credit. Will be looking for another program asap.

Jennifer is amazing! Lead Dyno has soooo many cool features/functions, it's actually a bit overwhelming for a moron like me... But I can't believe how useful the live chat is! I was dragging my feet getting it set up because I was lost in all the functions, but Jennifer is really making my life easier! I''m sure I'll be bugging them more as I play with more and more features, but I'm very excited for their support! To any old timers out there like me, give LeadDyno a try! They will make sure you get set up fast <3

I'm new to Affiliate software, did Refersion first but decided I needed more. I'm still working through set up, and on several occasions have needed a little extra help . Jennifer in customer support it brilliant. Fast response, giving exactly the information need. Top class support!

This app has, so far, exceeded my expectations. I tried out Refersion first and it seemed pretty good but LeadDyno's interface and the affiliate dashboard blows Refersion out of the water. Also, LeadDyno's chat support is immediate and super helpful. Jennifer Goodman just helped me and its so nice having instant, helpful support.
