I've tried refersion, affiliatly and promote and nothing can be comparable with the user interface of lead dyno+THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPER FAST AND EASILY REACHABLE. Shoutout to Jennifer Goodman, customer service agent who answered to all my questions. I could feel her good energy through the leaddyno instant messaging platform.

What an awesome concept. Struggled initially with technical issues, that were specific to my website, but Adam Jacobs fixed it within minutes. Excited about the future sales that Lead Dyno affilliates will bring!

I’ve worked with other affiliate programs and would highly recommend LeadDyno to someone trying to automate their business. The Lead Manager and support team are all patient all look to keep their customers happy.

5 Stars!!! Jennifer Goodman is one of the Support Agents who helped me through the chat function. The program itself is easy to use, but some things may be confusing. She made it super easy to solve my issue and she also helped me out by linking me to everything. Made it nice and easy for me. :) Please look into Lead Dyno! It is amazing and you can do a lot with it. Even send emails straight within the program.

This is an amazing app. The service is the best i've experienced! Jennifer G. did an amazing job helping me with every question> Very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. No long wait either! Just had the pleasure of working with Jennifer again. She takes the time and has the expertise to really help solve whatever is the problem. Very friendly and professional also! 5 stars plus a couple extra for good measure!

5-star review for customer support! I've gotten support multiple times from Adam and he always delivers the solution in a timely manner. We haven't launched our full-fledged affiliate program yet so I can't speak to actaully running the system quite yet... but set up was very simple and the dashboards are great and easy to use. **UPDATE** I've been using LeadDyno for a couple months now and it has been AWESOME!! Very easy and intuitive to use for both myself and our affiliates. Love the dashboard and automatic emails we can send out. Great program, very happy with the product and customer service!

Customer service had been fantastic. We have tested a number of different options to move to as they system we are using now if very cumbersome. This has been the standout best so far, as it is very easy to use, understand & set up and their support is exceptional (can't say this enough, when you need it, it matters!).

The pricing policy is based off of website traffic regardless of affiliate traffic or transactions. It's foolish.

Definitely drives sales, but setup for me and affiliates has proven to be confusing, and I spend a lot of time answering affiliate questions. Support has been pretty good. Payout is very easy. I would like to be able to see my affiliates set up their own custom links ie, babebasics.com/name, but every time that happens, they receive an error.

Jennifer at LeadDyno customer service has been absolutely amazing at helping me figure out a few things. Since this is completely new to me, it's easy to get confused when trying to sort things out, but with some help from Jennifer, I was able to put my mind to ease! There are SO MANY options and ways to use this app, I know that it will help me expand my business exponentially and I can't wait to come back and give it even more praise in a few months after my business has really taken off. Lead Dyno has been EXTREMELY user friendly! I am very tech challenged and I love this app! It's very clearly laid out and all of the menus, etc are self explanatory. I have only needed to use the customer service messenger a couple of times and they were super responsive and quickly answered my questions in a matter of minutes. Seemed to work well at first, but have had consistent issues with it. Not applying commissions, not linking properly etc. My affiliates have been missing out on what they have earned. We keep having to manually go in an audit our orders which is incredibly time-consuming, not to mention it doesn't help to identify if the customer used the affiliate link, so no way of knowing and giving the credit. Will be looking for another program asap.
