This program has been so easy to navigate and track. It links the custom affiliate discount codes directly to your shopify account so you don't have to manually enter them. Jennifer Goodman has been a great customer service representative and has helped walk me through any questions I've had. I would definitely recommend LeadDyno to anyone looking to work with affiliate.

Where do I begin. Unfortunately this is the only app that we have used via our Shopify website that we are extremely displeased with. Customer service is extremely lacking and we have not once received a return response to our emails or customer service issues with each time the customer service rep continuously stating that she would place our ticket in 'urgent' status. We were contacted by our affiliate who brought over 9000 visitors in a matter of a week and noticed that her commissions were extremely inaccurate, which we agreed. So, with all of the orders that we must process this week alone, we now have to configure, manually, how much her commissions should accurately be. When I reached out to Adam, I'm assuming the creator, he misspelled my name, which is something I make sure to never do when speaking with a customer, but then our customer service record speaks for itself with over 1100 (5 star reviews) unsolicited. Some tips that may help. Hire someone to create professional how to videos. Train customer service staff to be able to answer the most basic concerns such as commissions, email requests and the likes, answer emails in a timely manner, when responding with a basic response email that perhaps has been copied and pasted, spell the customer's name accurately. I will also notify Shopify of our extreme disappointment with this app which they take into consideration especially with our company being in their top 5% of sales. We installed this app perhaps a week ago and it has been the absolute worse of any Shopify App that we have installed. It was a complete waste of our time as well as an inconvenience to our affiliate and our staff who has to configure the commissions manually now. Unfortunately, this app receives 1 star from us.

I had a few questions while setting up and the customer service on chat helped me get it all sorted out really quick- I love that all I have to do is type in a question instead of calling a customer service line. I highly recommend LeadDyno!

I really wanted this to work out and think it is a great service, but the customer service is really bad. It seems like there is only a handful of people working at the place and they just can't solve problems, troubleshoot or even follow up about simple concerns. It was a really bad experience and not worth my money.

Their setup is easy however, their landing page says 24/7 support. I have yet to actually speak to someone in real time over either phone or chat. Just 'leave a message". Then I don't hear back from anyone. If you ever had to put out a fire, you'd be screwed. Will try out the rest of the month to see if it improves.

I was waiting for a response from someone on customer support for a week. I could not use the App this whole time. The only response I got was "what is your website address?" And that info was in the subject line of the email... but even after writing the address again, they did not respond. A week for that? I can't imagine how long it will take to get an answer to bigger issues

The LeadDyno support team is one fo the most friendly and helpful customer service teams I have come across. Deidra & Jennifer always answered even the simplest of my questions and followed up anything that was a bit more complicated. The software is so simple and easy to use - we had been searching for a long time for the best affiliate software and am very happy we chose LeadDyno.

This is a great app!!! I switched to it from OmniStar. Now why did I switch and where it took me, follows...:) 1. The app is very well intuitively built. 2. Things which are very complicated are logical and you can figure them out either by yourself or with their great training and support 3. Support is one of the best features of the leaddyno, It is pretty easy to schedule a consult, and they will actually do a lot of fine-tuning for you. This being said, to conclude I can also have to say that even though this seems like the simple app. It is packed with awesome analytical features, which will allow you to understand your campaigns and e-commerce better. Make better business decisions. Thanks again Adam and Brat:)!
