Lifetimely is an incredibly valuable tool that all small businesses should use when trying to understand lifetime value. Their team is communicative, incredibly knowledgable, and provide insightful, useful, and incredibly valuable tools to help us grow with the customers we have. I cannot say enough good things about this company/tool.

Lifetimely is the best app for cohort analysis, hands down. If you're an email marketer and/or performance marketer and you don't use Lifetimely, you're leaving a lot of money on the table

Insights are very helpful! We're able to get an in depth look into our customer and their purchase behaviors - what product encouraged the first order, the next etc. Also the cohort analysis on LTV was great. We're able to see which month's marketing helped us bring the highest overall LTV. Also the help from their support team is next level! We're able to clearly see benchmarks and how we compare. A must need in everyone's tech stack.

I've been using lifetimely for years now and i love how deep you can dive into the numbers and product journey. The team has always been really responsive with any questions and very helpful. I also use this for a quick check on profitability w/ regard to adspend and new customers.

This app used to work really well until recently that we've been getting a lot of inaccurate data. Now we need to double check everything which is becoming a problem.

App is not working properly when you are using a post purchase upsell, I would be VERY VERY VERY cautious when looking at the numbers as they are not relevant at all. I would also pay attention as their customer service answers superfast just to close the tickets but unfortunately is not going into the detail i wasted 10 days of back and forth

one of the best parts of this platform is the support. our dedicated rep (Alain Sandenbergh) really made the difference. it can be tough to adopt a new platform and workflow and alain and his team were readily available anytime to get on the phone and walk us through whatever we needed clarity on. this really made a difference and got us platform loyal!

Disgusting price now. dont bother
Hi, thanks for the feedback here. Current customers had no changes in price so your subscription cost was the same. We can appreciate the $15/month increase if you were to upgrade to a new plan but it would include all features. The previous entry level plan you had selected only include Profit & Loss where as all new plans include all features. We have reached out to better understand your feedback and offering help with your old subscription, looking forward to hearing from you.
