We’ve been using Lifetimely for a while now, and it’s easily one of the most valuable tools in our e-commerce stack. The insights into LTV and cohort behavior have completely changed how we look at customer retention and acquisition. The dashboards are intuitive, and the data is both actionable and easy to communicate across teams. Huge shoutout to Alain, our rep — he’s been phenomenal. Always quick to respond, deeply knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of the platform. It’s rare to find that level of support these days. If you care about understanding your customers and driving smarter growth, Lifetimely is a must-have.

I'm very pleased with the app - it's exactly what I was hoping for and teh additional insights we're getting from these reports are extremely valuable. I LOVE lifetimely. I have been using it for years. It is such a powerful tool that allows me to understand my consumers more, purchasing behavior and where we should be spending money, product innovation and more. I am especially excited for their new AI cortex feature. It is a game changer.

There a few apps on Shopify that provide valuable intel, advice, data, and strategy. Lifetimely is one of them. I have worked with them for 4 years, and can tell you that my business moves forward as a result of using lifetimely. Most meets on your calendar get an eyeroll, particularly with the apps you use, but Lifetimely meetings I always look froward to. We recently discovered the podcast Chew on This! and were immediately impressed by the features offered through the Lifetimely app. The platform truly provides value for every member of the team: -The Website Manager -The Marketing and Social Media team -The Financial Manager (a rare occurrence for tools of this kind) Lifetimely delivers a comprehensive view of your business by providing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly performance insights. One of its most valuable features is the detailed reporting on subscription drop-off rates, which is essential for long-term planning. I am particularly looking forward to future enhancements to the Amazon reporting functionality. If you are seeking an all-in-one tool that offers a clear and complete overview of your business performance, I highly recommend Lifetimely for any e-commerce team!

This is a review for the lifetimely amazon add on (which is as expensive as the shopify plugin). While the shopify Plugin works quite well, the amazon plugin is just buggy. We are in contact with support for months, they promised they fixed it after we canceled the plan and then being right back at buggy land... Would be nice to have your analytics in one place, cause the shopify version works quite well, but I think we are going shopping somewhere else...

Lifetimely has been a powerful and high-impact tool for The Collagen Co. It cuts through the complexity of growth and gives us the clarity we need to be more effective. The LTV and cohort analysis dashboards are incredibly powerful, allowing us to pinpoint exactly where to focus our efforts for profitable growth. Lifetimely has been a game-changer for our store’s analytics. The LTV and cohort reporting give us visibility into customer value that Shopify’s native dashboards simply don’t provide. The ability to break down CAC vs. LTV across channels has made our media spend decisions far more data-driven. The setup was straightforward, the integrations (Shopify, ad platforms, Klaviyo) work seamlessly, and the dashboards are intuitive. Support is responsive and helpful, which makes a huge difference. If you want to understand your retention and profitability properly, this is the best tool I’ve found. Highly recommended.
